phpins Terms & Conditions – Legal Agreement for Filipino Players

1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account with phpins. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited. phpins employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple Accounts will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from phpins services.

2.5 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly notify phpins of any changes to your personal information, including name, address, phone number, or email address. phpins is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpins Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phpins recommends using a strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. You should change your password regularly and never reuse passwords from other websites or services.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must immediately notify phpins customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. phpins is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

phpins monitors all Account activity for security purposes and compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to request additional verification or documentation at any time to confirm your identity and prevent fraudulent activity. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

3.4 Responsible Account Usage

You agree to use your phpins Account responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You must not allow any other person to use your Account or access phpins services through your login credentials. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access your Account is secure and free from malware or unauthorized access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods

phpins accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and USDT cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits typically process within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take 1-4 hours depending on your financial institution. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and typically process within 30 minutes. phpins is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash (30 minutes to 2 hours), Maya (30 minutes to 2 hours), Bank Transfer (1-3 business hours), and USDT (subject to blockchain confirmation). Withdrawals requested outside business hours may experience delays. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are subject to verification that deposits have been wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. • Exploiting software bugs or game errors for profit;
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities;

• Harassing phpins staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack phpins systems;
• Using phpins services to conduct or promote illegal activities.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

phpins reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if continuation of services would violate applicable law. Upon termination, your access to phpins services will be permanently revoked.

7.3 Funds in Terminated Accounts

If your Account is terminated due to violation of these Terms or prohibited activities, phpins reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with the severity o f the violation. Legitimate balances may be returned after investigation, minus any amounts obtained through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. phpins decision regarding terminated Account balances is final.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion through phpins Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, deposit funds, or play games. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Loss of Winnings

phpins liability for any losses related to your use of our services is limited to the amount of your deposits minus withdrawals over the preceding six (6) months. phpins is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of phpins services.

10.4 Limitation Period

Any claims arising from these Terms or your use of phpins services must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are barred regardless of merit.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of phpins services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Modifications to Terms
